- Be in GOOD STANDING in your community.
- Be of "SOUND MIND AND JUDGMENT".
- Have a valid Texas Drivers License.
- Have your own transportation.
- Have your own Home telephone or personal cell phone.
- Have received an Honorable Discharge from any prior military service.
- Have a High School Diploma or the equivalent (GED).
