4. Be in GOOD STANDING in your community.
5. Be of "SOUND MIND AND JUDGMENT".
6. Have a valid Texas Drivers License.
7. Have your own transportation.
8. Have your own Home telephone or personal cell phone.
9. Have received an Honorable Discharge from any prior military service.
10. Have a High School Diploma or the equivalent (GED).
